Always be flexible

We want to make sure that you have full control over your subscription. That's why we give you the option to customize it at any time according to your individual needs. Whether you want to cancel, pause or adjust your subscription is up to you.

To cancel your subscription, please open your subscription confirmation email and click on the link to the Subscription Manager. In this manager you will find a list of your subscribed orders. With just one click on the "Cancel subscription" button you can stop the automatic orders. From this point on, no further deliveries will be made automatically.

If you can't find the link to the subscription manager anymore, don't worry. Just send us an informal email to info@aasaya.de and include your full name and the email address you used when checking out your order. We will immediately send you the link to the subscription manager.

It may happen that your usage behavior changes, but this does not mean that you have to cancel your subscription right away. In the Subscription Manager you have the possibility to flexibly adjust your deliveries from AASAYA. You can suspend deliveries in desired months, pause the subscription or reset the order frequency. This way you keep full control and flexibility over your subscription.
